Each claim is unique, but you can expect your claim to follow these steps
Filing a claim online is quick and easy! To file your claim, you will need to provide your policy information, date and location of the incident, general details of what happened, and photos of documented damage.
You will be assigned an adjuster who will review your claim and reach out with any additional questions and next steps.
Your adjuster will keep you updated with estimated cost of repairs and damage to your vehicle.
Glacier can make payments by paper check sent through the mail or by e-payment. E-payment options include ACH, Direct Deposit, or by adding funds to a debit card.
To file a claim, please visit us online or call (800) 394-2423. Please contact us as soon as it is safe to do so after an accident and allow approximately 10 minutes to file a claim. You will need your policy information and details regarding the incident to start your claim. You will also be given the opportunity to provide photos of the damage. For third party claimants, you will need the insured’s policy number and name.
Your assigned claims adjuster will contact you to go over next steps and keep you informed on the status of your claim. You will also have the option to opt into text messaging to communicate with your adjuster and receive status updates.
